I wasn't bragging , just sending pics , we can only pump what they deliver , seems like a pro as yourself would realize this , but then again , what did you pump this weekend ? sounds like nothing but your gums !

Its just irritates me all these internet bad boys get on here flapping there gums when in truths he probably hasn't pumped 5 thousand in his career yet , but hey its the internet he can be whatever he wants on the web , probably 10 foot tall and bullet proof also.

do not take offence, if you were sitting down with them having a beer you would all be best of friends and love talking to each other, take little offence here, it is hard to understand fully what people mean when they type and often it comes off rude or crude when typing short messages.

yeah and I have done productive jobs also , can't pump what you do not have, what sets most of us apart is when things that are out of your control do not go the way you would like , we stay the course , get the job done , thats what we do , no bitching , no whining , just get it done . I have done hundreds of mass pours , most times averaging in the 400+ per hour range , those are cakewalks , but doing one in a remote location with only two concrete plants kind of takes the mightiest of pump operators down to a crawl.

On Saturday we pumped a 1000yd swimming pool and it took all day with 3 pumps but like Beast said do what it takes.

I pumped 2 1/2 yards today. It was pretty intense because the colums had lots of rebar and we had to turn the pump on for a sec then off so they could vibrate. then on again. after we were done with one we had to move to the next one. it was difficult but powered through it.

Its very much depending on the supply and placingcrew and the way they are superviced.. I've done 120m3 in 20 hours and 1000+m3 in 12 hours.. Sometimes you can just dump it all in a big hole, sometimes you can not even make the dop layer of armer dirty Yell hose in, hose out .. No job is the same Undecided

I don't care howe many I pump an hour. I am payd by the hour.

Beast 05-30-2014
reply profile send pm notify

pour was supposed to take 20 hours , concrete company was supposed to supply 250-300 yph , they delivered 120-130 yph, we got it done , with no breakdowns , had some great operators that ate it up as fast as they could bring it , which was not very fast.

Reminds me of a job where we stood with 2 pumps. Both could reach the whole job.. We where not once pumpin at the same time. What a waste Yell Half way the job they send away one pump..

sweet job! I love getting on the high profile commercial jobs with big yardage. After your done with the hours or days on the job, it sure leaves you feeling good knowing you made it possible for the job to get done.

Keep up the great work

shaide I appreciate it , but this guy doesnt bother me , just another gum flapper on the internet that can only talk about jobs that has been , I'm still doing mass pours , have done 3 in the last month or so and have two more good ones coming in the next few weeks , when I become a has been I will be floating on my boat in the gulf watching bikinis while the sunsets , not surfing the net wishing I was still pumping concrete in mass quantities .

pumpin man if that was to me , I need neither , i have enough trophies and accolades , and if the guy that spouted off at the mouth can't handle it , then maybe he shouldn't dish it out , but I 'm not trying for internet badboy of the year award so I am going to leave it alone.
