I have a 02 Schwing 32 with omnix remote system. Anyone know how to adjust the boom speed? My remote has a rabbit and turtle i run it on rabbit. It would be nice to program it to run on turtle and have a higher speed for folding up or just adjust the second. My second boom is slow. thanks

using the programming key inside the box you hook into the board and use the arrows on the mother board to move to section two and it allows you to adjust 3 settings. save it and test flat out when its full of water or concrete. you can also reset to factory settings as well which is what it should be set at. the second should have 3 speeds anyways on the dip switch.

Thanks for the information i'll try it. I'm not entirely sure how that selection dip switch on the remote works? is it to choose which boom gets sped up?

Yeah you have a switch with three speeds on your remote for the second section. If its an 02, its most likely a CPC2 system you have. Does it have a LED display on the remote for pump pressure etc.? You plug in the user key into the motherboard and then adjust the boom speeds from there. If you haven't done it before, only use the min pvm and max pvm, this will get you by sufficiently. Make sure your oil is at normal operating temperature when adjusting (50 celsius.) I can't recall if you adjust the values in turtle or rabbit or one for min and one for max (look in your CPC manual or phone up Schwing.) To restore from factory settings, hold the store button for three seconds until all of the lights on the board flash, this will restore to factory settings. From there, you can fine tune your min and max pvm. (min just moving the joystick where you want the boom to first activate, and max is with the joystick enabled fully. When doing the max pvm, you will want to ensure you watch your hand valves and make sure they are still vibrating with you max value or you will burn out your pulsar coils prematurely.

Press store for two seconds to save your adjustments!

Its pretty much just the second boom thats slow the rest are good. Fold out and up would be much quicker if adjusted.

The second section is not proportional compared to all other sections, you get 3 pre-set speeds, and the adjustment on the computer is a little different than for all other sections. Get the cpc manual, it will tell you step by step how to adjsut that section.

Thanks Seng. Yes i may. As of now its not that big of deal but by posting i have learned.. That switch is only for the second boom, and it is not proportional. FYI: Seng is the Electrical engineer at Schwing and is the worlds best pump truck electric guy. He has helped me out many times.
