clearly pic above not operator fault.but if you set a pump up .and you think its unsafe and you still set it up.  then some thing happens,as your pump sliding then its your fault. call it like it is.be responsible .we all make mistakes.it is what it is.dont blame some one or some thing for your acts.maybe you didnt know better this site helps make us better prepared and better operators.i but my 38 years  and my two cents in on this site any time.
