What's being used to do that?

Hey David, it's Jeff. Look's like the old pressure washer/blow out cap trick. Got me curious.

It's very simple. But very dangerous I've done it a few times. Just hook any old pressure washer to a plow out cap and turn it on. The water goes around the old Crete because concrete shrinks as it gets hard. The only problem is a pressure buts out more psi then a clamp or the pipe is rated for So you don't want to b any where near it. I blew a clamp about 50 yrds across the yrd and it stuck in the side of a steel building. So......

this is may be useful for the double layers esser pipes because these pipes are very expensive.
