Flowable fill, need some advice

Any helpful hints out there on how to best pump Flowable fill mix (CDF 100).  Had a job to backfill behind some walls underneath a house.  Went through a 32 meter boom and the attempted to go through 30 feet of line.  Got the job done but wasn't easy. Any ideas how to make it pump easier?  Or was the mix wrong to pump? Ticket from mix company called it CDF 100.  Any helpful ideas would be appreciated, in case I run into this scenario again.

400 lbs of cementuous material , 5-8% air , and wet , cannot be to wet , and we pump that mix through 5-600 ft of 2 1/2" line

Throw a small box of laundry detergent helps in a pinch

Into the mixer or just in the hopper to get it going? Never heard of this little secret!

Soap works really well! Even 500ml of dish washing liquid in the mixer makes a huge difference! I prime my 36m everyday with truck wash even for high strength bridge mixs with line in front of the boom works a treat!!

Dumping soap in on a bridge deck???? What do you think that will do to your air test/break strength?

If you take it upon yourself to add anything to the mix you are assuming responsibility for that mix.  Not a wise move from a liability standpoint.

Pumping sand is suicide. I just made out very well on a job where the guy tried to prime 300 feet of 4" system with 6 bag grout.. Yes the RM plants think this is good mud, its not. Rock is a filler if you take it out you need to double the cement.
