Got a job coming up with lightweight , where they are wanting to use ADVA 140 (high range water reducer). I have not had much success with high range WRA pumping lightweight , any input would be appreciated.

It should help unless the material doesn't have the correct saturation then you'll actually have less water available to rehydrate the aggregate. The plus is you should see a design slump of 8" +/- 1-1/2". Who's aggregate is it and where does it come from?

south louisiana is where its at , the aggregate comes from Big River aggregates , the saturation process down here isn't a very good one , thats why we tend to have issues with water reducers .

Not familiar with your area Beast. But if it's not well saturated we both know how it goes. Fight for water and don't reduce the system. I like to grab a handfull of concrete and put it in a bucket of water. When the rock floats to the top I tell the contractor and inspector what's going to happen and why the water content on the ticket is wrong. It usually gets everybody to back off the slump discussion and look at the discharge point. I also insist that the inspector let us do whatever we want to load one so we can get started.
