So maybe some of you can help.I have been in the pump business about 20 years several years ago I became allergic to concrete.the dermatologist told me to not even go to my shop .That's hard to do when you have four pumps.it mostly affects my hands, and yes I wear gloves.it starts out like small chemical burns then it weeps clear fluid and itches so bad I rip the skin scratching .I have tried every thing the most effective thing I have found is a homemade lotion made from goats milk so I cake it on and wear cotton gloves 24/7.anybody got any ideas? I had to let my boom operator go so now I'm in a pump again.Im looking for an experienced boom operator if your close to Huntsville Alabama.thanks in advance

Here are other pictures of Cement burns. If you get cement burns be very very careful it can keep getting worse and worse as time goes on.

Not sure if it'll help you since it's an allergy but I keep a spray bottle of vinegear on my pump and use it on my hands after washing them, I havn't had any problems with my hands cracking up since I started using the vinegar.
