No, thats actualy a smart solution if you don't have space or enough reach. He just pulls the outriggers in when the job is finnished and washes them while the finnishers fix these 2 smal spots.. No problem.

ive done this many times but never would let them pour on my outriggers , especially if they are swivel feet , no reason why the pump doesnt move and you tailgate the last few loads , thats the smartway to do it .
