Concrete Placement

So we have a customer that wants to fill a small wall that is 3in wide by 20ft long and 10ft high, he wants to pump Agilia from Lafarge into this wall. Normally this isn't an issue but he wants to pump it from the bottom or the wall and have the mix full to the top, ie hose into a hole at the bottom. My thoughts are that this probably isn't going to work given the mix and the placement method. Any thoughts?

keep your hand on the hose.  when u feel the mud start to struggle pushing, lift the hose a little till the mud pumps easy again.  at 10ft up and if the QC knows how to do his/her job i dont see any issues other than a blow out.

Done the same thing with lafarge agilia at the VA in New Orleans.Went through a boom and about 150 ft. of 2 inch,it worked well but, make more than one place on the wall to hook your hose, the wall form needs to be strong and leak proof, agilia will find a hole. Our pour was in the basement,an elevator pit wall, and was floor to ceiling,so vents on top of the wall were needed so we knew when the wall was full.
