My air dryer seems to be unloading a lot more than usual.What is the procedure for R&R of filter and unload kit rebuild.Any help will be appreciated.

The filter and purge valve kits are fairly easy to do. The purge valve kit should come with instructions. I am running a bendix AD-9 on our pump and service it once a year. The manufactors web sites usually have info availbe for download.
