some interesting questions to be raised indeed.The stark reality we as operators share in these risks,as in the recent accident on a bridge failure in China.Some years back in our area a deck being poured started to drop,the shoring was sinking into the ground.An alert construction crew caught it and stopped pour averting a possible disaster.
