It is called a Versiplacer. Made by Elliot cranes who partnered with Putzmeister. 29M boom with a winch on the main to lift up 15000lbs. 360 degree articulating jib (it pumps around corners)  Jib has a winch on it rated at 500 lbs. The Jib also has a man basket attachment. Very fun to operate.

I'm pretty sure 2004 was the last year they made them. The one in the picture I ran, I picked it up in South Dakota. It had quite a bit of rust from the road treatments. From what I understand they were pretty much a Midwest commodity

This little city pump is equipped with a hoist. 

European model 

The only that is putz branded is pumpkit hopper boom piping. Its built on a Elliot crane boom an outrigger. Very versitle for low clearance unfolding height of 13'6"   but sub structure seems to be underbuilt for pumping abuse tho 

The Putzmeister m20-4 with a hoisting hook is part of the "sanima" option, making the truck more line friendly.   The side rack is removable and the hoist hook is meant to lift the hose rack off the side of the truck and onto the ground For easier loading and unloading.   The reach appears minimal but I've never seen one in person.
