looks like you have the boom connected to double 90s, holding another hose off the end of the double 90s??

Is it like a tunnel or something?

connected to two 6inch ninetys and then 15m deep tremy pipe

sweet. We use tremmy hoses here in the states too. We make our own though, just get a roll of firehose and a 5 inch clamp

Ive seen some operators using those conforms mudsnakes, but the reduction is so tight I dont feel its safe

The mud snake works great.  Is actually really safe.  Also a great selling point.  I have a lot of requests for it so I have outfitted all three of our pumps with them.  Also great for air entrainment 

Mud snakes are awsome and the reduction is no big deal. and if you observe he is being crane assisted.
