I am guilty as charged. I tend to use commas and assorted symbols in the extreme. go ahead, kill me.

I have seen it done before. It is not right at all. I myself being a dispatcher one time nevfer did that. It is just not right or fair.

Completely universal and in my opinion , dispatchers are an evil sort.....
