I was just wondering what you guys do to get a good flow? I use a 16penny nail

so my first job with the new pump i did not have the hopper lid yet so i got a board and nailed on a lip so it would not slide, well down the hole a nail when and i had to start pumping soon. i was not smart unought to open the bolt pack or knew what i was doing but i did check the hoses when i got done. no problems. 

please explain

I usually have a cup of coffee, that usually gives me a good flow. Almost immediately!

lol i was talking about the tip hose, Iam not a coffee drinker i do like my fiber.
