I was told that this pumper did not put down any pads and that the outrigger punched through the asphalt.

I hope nobody was hurt. He obviously doesnt belong in a pump. Not only did he tip it over look how filthy that thing is!

 Dos'nt even look like he has a pad under the right rear. Very stupid. If he worked for me I would fire him.

I will never understand how you can be in such a hurry to not put down anything at all! And ya someone should have showed this guy how to use a tarp as well as proper cribbing....I bet that hopper cover weighs about 200 pounds with all that concrete on it!
