How does a company send pumps 1500 miles across US and still underbid local contractors ?

A pump company out of Ca sending pumps all the way to Louisiana for less than what the locals are charging ,how is that ?

I dont feel bad , and its not an issue with losing the job,what its about is a decent job that some of us couldve profitted off of is more or less being taken from our industry it isnt about me its about us as a industry getting rid of all this poison.
