When i start pumping, the stoke gets stuck on side but the other side works fine. This only happens on the first couple of strokes. When I stop for about 10-15 minutes and then start again the first stroke gets stuck & so i switch it manually. The prox swtiches, cables, and the distribution box are fine.

Note: When the problem happens the prox swtiches on one side don't recieve the signal but then after a couple of strokes it corrects itself and recieve signal, or when i do it manually it is when it recieves the signal. Then once pumping non-stop everything works normal.

Is it the same side every time ??

My 89 PUZT will do that if I forget to hit the directional switch first then hit the pump switch it works fine.

sounds like a faulty cable to me or wear on your cutting ring and wear plate.

probably there is dirt in the system hydraulically

this is a 38m putz 24v, big kit.
