Where would be the best place to stay and what place should I price hotel, flight, and car rental? Please help me asap as I would like to book tonight. Thanks

Stay at the Hilton convention center if you can if not there than stay anyway you like. I am staying at the Trump Tower. It is a 15 min taxi ride to the show. It should be a great show and I look forward to see you.

You might think twice about renting a car in Vegas.  Jmo. 

I stayed at Excaliber last year, decent price nice hotel....You can take the rail from most hotels to the convention center, get the 2 day pass if your gonna be there that long....I did it on the cheap last year and was under $300 including airfare for 3 days....

One of my operators wife booked it for us, I've never traveled before so not to savy about it.
