maybe i am old and blind but i do not see the bad set up. Are your  pads in the ground, maybe my computer is not picking up the image that well.

Yes, I am using outrigger pads if that is your question.  You just can't see them from this pic.  I would never pump without pads, even if I were set up on concrete or pavement.
