since when do concrete contractors rely on pump companies to supply labor to place thier concrete? "I'll do your work but i don't want to do the hard part!?" Lazy conractors that have been spawned by overly competitive pump companies now expect the concrete to magically appear before them without ever breaking a sweat. Tell me i'm just old school and should get used to doing other peoples work for them. Whatever happened to pride and integrity?

in australia every pump has line hand and operator

rub some dirt on it....LOL.......It happens from time to time I just dont turn the pump on....and if no one takes the hoseb down and rinses  the hoses, i shut the pump off take it down rinse it out put it on the pump and eventually they get the hint

agreed. when i book a pump for someone and they say "hey can u send out three extra guys so i dont have to messs w/ the line" thats b.s.                 o.k. rant over

we do not do that here , only thing we will do is do pump,place, and finish, if I have to send labor I'm sending the whole finishing crew, not just one hose man.
