New pump keeps shearing engine mount bolts

We have a 2005 Mayco C30HDNI, that keeps breaking the motor mount bolts. The pump has only 80 hrs and has pumped only 800 cy total. We pump a FAC with a high cement content of 600lbs +/-, flyash and sand and has about a 9slump. Does anyone have any clue as to what the problem is??

is it rubber gromet mounted or steel to steel?
