i am wondering if ther are working any polish workers ad home whe have also a lot of them working over here 

maybe a question for bob what if the operator and the plassers do not speek the same language whe have workers from polen germany

That is a very American sounding problem. A large percent of the concrete workers here do not speak English.

The good part is that everyone speaks concrete. ;~)
