I'm getting 16 to 18,000 yds. Or 1 yr. I rinse out my waterbox religiously everyday.

Depends on your cylinders and how you keep clean water box.

If your cylinders are in good condition and you clean water box properly then it will run long time.

My CIFA got around 50k metres before mud was showing up in the box.
My Putz has done much more and the water box is still clean.

On average 15 to 20 thousand yards. Cleaning the water box everyday is a must. differant mixes, worn cylinders will also have effect on wear.Also winter (freezing) can have some effect on wear . Also when changing pistons(rams) follow proper saftey guide lines to the tee as per manufactor no short cuts. pistons can be replaced but fingers and hands can't.
