In North America, 'Help Wanted' is the standard wording when advertising an employment position that needs to be filled.  For example, a store front window may have a sign posted that reads: 'HELP WANTED, APPLY WITHIN'.   The same phrase may appear in a newpaper ad.

Figured it out
