Radiator behind cab on mack pumps

K so been doing a bit of looking at these new pumps. What is the purpose of the radiator behind the cab on the new macks? I can understand more cooling does it have fans bolted to it? Just looking to see how this helps the new trucks

that is your regen system not a radiator.
