Try Putzmeister. SANY now owns Putzmeister and I understand Putz is supporting Sany Pumps.

SANY will not respond. They do not support products very well.

Call Sany in Georgia USA. 770 631 8131. Is the pump on a Mack truck? Did you buy it at auction?

Contact either your local Putzmeister Dealer or Putzmeister Customer support at 800-890-0269 for all support of Sany concrete pump trucks.  

 I will try to call a SONY branch in USA, is a pump mounted on a truck Isuzu
