Any thoughts on why this pump has extra system bolted to 1st stage, deck, and front legs?

It's extra lay down system, or possible spares for the boom.

Considering there is not much space for storage on that pump. It is a good idea they came up with but never seen a wall pipe attached to the boom like that.
