Both Cylinders lift the tower, holding dogs hold it for next lift, Like a rachet.

Greenguy those are great pics, thanks I didnt have a good example of the bolt tower with jacking.

Dipstick: You don't put in a new tower section! You are jacking all the tower you are gonna use! You just fill in the pipe sections! We built bigger feet though, and I've cracked some floors, once so bad I thought she was gonna go all the way to the bottom! You could stick your finger in the honeycomb to the second knuckle!
