My take on all of that is that there is no real value to the pumpers that frequent this site. It seems to me that perhaps an injured hoseman might read that post and decide to not settle with the insurance company, but rather "go for the gusto" with a trial. This in hopes of getting more $$$$$$$.

I thought that your article on " what you will learn after you die" was EXCELLENT. It had a positive message to and for the pumpers that read this stuff. It was For us.

This compulation of jury awards is, in my opinion, just fodder for the 'other side.

last thing we need is more GOVERMENT in the bis. putting out reports that the bigger the compony is the more liable they are and the more money the can be sued for but this is just my opinon
