To resize you just need a program like picasa. You can get it here http://picasa.google.com/download/ . Now on the posting pice do you mean here in the forum? If you want to post an image in here use the insert image just above the posting box. All you do is type in the url address where the pic is at or, you as an example type in [img]pic address[/img]. I hope that is what you were looking for.
