Looks like concrete under the hopper along the curb? Excavator to the rescue. I'm sure the crew would rather be pumping and not dumping!!

looks like someones just bought a pump with a few problems.....

When I blew my cylinder (2ft hole)it looked like that. I still got my sponge back and had another pump not to far away so we finished the job.
