What special deduction are there for boom pump businesses? any fuel tax back since some is used off road pumping? isnt there tire tax exemption?

at one time if you logged all your road mileage and off road time there was a tax break havent been on that end of the business last few years but there still should be with the cost of fuel being what it is.
