Are you realy pumping concrete at that temperature??? How much retarder do you have in the concrete - if the retarder at all has any function in that heat. And of course how is it for you? Sometimes it´s necessary to say no - 41,5 C is more than what to expect a human to work in. Maybe i´m a milksop, but i´m from the not that warm Scandinavia, and i should never tolerated none of my employees to pump or work in that heat!

ALMIMA you are over reacting as always. Did he say he wass pumping. And if he did there are more people in the world that pump at that temperatur. I think you ave done pump jobs at -10 that folks say that you are crazy if you do that.
