The Mark II series of Schwing concrete pumps is now standard on all Schwing S 58 SX and S 61 SX booms, and is coming soon on the S 52 SX and S 55 SX.

The new pipeline routing on the Schwing Mark II pumps give operators and technicians more access for replacing pipe.(see picture 1)

To make things easier for operator we have also moved the dunnage pads to below the fender, outrigger pads are also now a longer lasting composite material. (see picture 1)

A new single hydraulically driven cooler has replaced the old style dual electric coolers . The water tank has increased from 680 L to 850 L and been placed at the rear of the machine instead of in the outriggers, this new location is better long term for the life of the outriggers. (see picture 1)

The heavy pyramid style outrigger pads are now smaller and do not need to be removed and reset each time you set up or finish a job. This is a big time and energy saver for operators. (see picture 2)

The hydraulic tank has been increased from 580 to 830 liters to improve filtration and reduce heat in extreme conditions.(see picture 3)

Using a horizontal hydraulic energy chain hose instead of a hose reel improves reliability and reduces repairs needed for the hose reel. (see picture 4)

Why do you put all of the pads on one side though? Our two 31 meters we got are the same way, and it doesnt make sense why you have to pull the pads out then walk the entire way to the other side of the unit. Would be nice if you had them setup at each leg. Throw the out riggers out using hand valves, grab a pad set it underneath the foot, move to next pad. Overall it would be more efficient as far as setting up and folding up goes because you are not walking back and fourth four times to grab a pad.
