You might be surprised to learn the Schwing SPTO 4000 carries 500 feet of system with ease!  Check out these photos of a stock machine we loaded up last week.

300 feet of 5’’ pipeline - 15 sticks per side

200 feet of 4’’ and 3’’ hose

Plus all required clamps and reducers

With full fuel/full DEF and full water the unit weighed 13,900 pounds on the front axle and 20,700 on the drives.

The 2023H-6 Twin Circuit Pumpkit with Axial Bearing M Rock is rated at 182 yards an hour with 1233 psi on the concrete.  The Mack Granite GU 812 has 365 HP.

Great pump setup, but not to disrespect your setup, what possible advantages a long nose truck cabin chassis have over a flat cabin in this application?

we don't have any flat nose options that make sense $$$ wise for line pumps. A Mack is way too expensive for a line pump, so we fall on conventional cabs. Kenworth is suppose to be putting bigger transmissions on their K series, but not sure when that's suppose to happen
