I normally do 5 Gallons of Bentonite to a 100 feet of line. So I'd mix up about 15-20 Gallons |

Dump a sack or two of cement in your hopper, add water and mix it in reverse 'till it looks like pancake batter. |

I just pumped downhill 760ft I used 2 hard nerf balls..first i put in 1 ball pushed it as far in the line as i could..mixed up a bag of slick-pak 2 (2- 5 gallon buckets) then put in the other ball attached the line to the pump then mixed up another bag of slick-pak also 2 buckets..and a yard of grout..no pressure at all ..well no spikes in pressure that is.. the balls help keep the slurry to coat the whole line ..not just the bottom..worked for me 12 times in a row no plug ups..good luck!! |

Stonezer. That sounds good. Never heared that one before. So after the slick packs etc you just put the concrete? Any special like reduced rock on the first load? Howmuch of the slick pack is left between the bals when it gets to the end? |

downhill 760 ft good job I have done jobs such as this and used water in front of prime instead of slikpak put a sponge in the 3rd pipe from pump (20 ft)put valve in the middle of cylinders and put 20-30 gallons of water and then the grout and I have never plugged using this method. |
