and bi weekly pay per. hasnt ended yet. All pump time with 1.5 hr a day in shop for pre-post, and service. God shoot me if I ever lost this job.

Always, Always, Always, did I mention Always make a copy of your time card.  Keep a log book of sorts to verify times, miles, locatiion, pump operated, yardage.  I worked for Less for many years and it only took ONE time to learn this lesson.

If you have any verification of your time, threaten to call the labor board, if that does not work, wait until just before a big pour , call the boss and tell him you dont feel so good.

I absolutely refuse to work for anybody who tries to take food off my families table.

I could see if there was a descrepency of maybe an hour or two, but twenty-five hours?  No way in hell would I tolerate this!!!!

we're paid each week and I came off with 45 last week and I think 52-53 week before. got a 40 guarantee and same rate of pay at the shop as well as on the job, plus a monthly production bonus. if we didn't have that guaranteed 40, I'd have lost my ass a year and a half ago. I don't think a pound of C-4 and a crow bar could move me out of this job.
