We had a 2005 36z that we sold in 2008 going into the recession. It was a decent pump. The outlet housing had a retrofit to keep the swing 90 from falling off, the roller front boom rest had enough force on it to break a couple times. When it didn't break it had a habit of denting the tip section, which also got fixed a few times. Never an issue with the pump kit except a return line issue which was resolved when the pump was new, and a compensating ring/cutting ring tolerance issue which was also resolved the hopper bottom is a pain in the neck with its hydraulic cylinder. It would swing down to dump the hopper and be in the concrete pile. You'd pull ahead to clean it off and bend it closed if you pulled over a curb. If we kept the pump that would have been chopped off and had a sliding putz style welded on it. The rear control panel is nice because you don't need the remote to clean out (the boom on the 36 doesn't need to be lifted to wash out) we had an Italian guy running it. He loved it, but they were from the same place:) Long story short, it got the job done. It had its quirks, but what pump doesn't? |

Boom rest breaking i've seen on a 42 putz also. That could have something to do with bad use also.. |

my mom always told me if you didn't have anything nice to say then don't say anything at all, so I'm gonna leave my 2 cents out of this. |
