electrical was eleminated w/ panel ,wire remote and wireless functions 12 volts is fine at the coil and new cartrige was installed..no manual override. needs to be a signal from the hydraulic brain or swash plate...but then again, I don't work on schwings..............

Hi:

If you have a manual volume control valve in your pump (3 side plastic knob threaded into a control valve) you can follow the hidraulic lines to the pumps, there should be a connection "tee" into both pumps, if you plug the hose and this connection to the pumps you will be bypassing the volume control circuit, plug like this start your pump and try first with water to check if is in full volume, if is like that your volume control is faulty, if not it may be your pumps regulators, usually contamination or wear and tear.

I hope this help you

If you adjusted the knob I am thinking about you need to be in bypass for it to work. Please supply the SN so we can talk about the correct system. Give me a call so we can finish this issue.

just had this problem with a 2006 45m , had a blown o-ring on the presuure relief valve on the brain, pump should start overheating the hydraulic oil if its a vector system it will start destroking the pump, also they have the manual adjustment you need to screw it all the way in and out to make sure the spring isnt hung up on the spool or just contaminated , there has been problems with water getting in hydraulic oil causing rust issues on springs and componenets in the volume control.

I had a problem once with my 02. It lost almost all volume, i had to hand manually hand valve the pump.

It turned out to be a clogged air regulator. Air runs your hand pump valves. There is a guage on the lower brake air tank this is for the hand valve. Check and make sure you have proper air pressure. I fixed mine with just a rap with a hammer they get clogged sometimes.
