I just wanted to thank every body for there input! This pump has been a challenge for me, always having to jugle running mixers pumps and outher equipment around the plant, you guys are great!!!!

A good service program will pay for itself in the long run.Once a year drain and clean tank is always a good idea,filtering oil (filter cart).Another trick is at each service (say the 300 hr) use the filter cart while servicing.Daily drain a bit from tank,just a little,condisation collects.Glad you won,it's not a job but an adventure.Good luck

keep in mind, a concrete pump is one of the most complex pieces of construction equipment; key to success is proper maintenance and repair, even recommended manufacturer maintenance is not enough
