Man it never fails on this site you get some cynical a$$hole like "MUDDY" well I'll tell ya buddy you we're not on the jobsite so you don't know that this was the best place to set up with the least incline so I suggest you shut your mouth if you don't know all the details 9yrs I've been doing this and never had an issue with setup, never tipped a truck, never had a hose whip, had one boom party. Bottom line is I get the job done safely EVERYTIME and all of my customers are happy. So "MUDDY" take your comments and shove em up your A$$ I will never post pics on here again ya always get some $hithead talking $hit no matter what.

What came to my mind was what type slewing system is used. That machine appears to have rack slew, translated to more forgiveness.Pictures are very decieving and I wouldn't want to 2nd guess a jobsite choice. He got the job done safely and bet he gets paid.

Oh and just to add does that pump look like a rookie runs it it's pretty clean I think.

I could be wrong, (It's happened before) but in the 6th picture, it appears that the rear tires are on the ground.

The grade on the site actually doesn't look anywhere near 3 degrees anyways.

But as stated, only one guy was there to make the decision and get the setup right.  And the pump is clean too.

Like you said, only the one on the job can decide the best way to setup. But from the pics, it looks like the front tires are off ground or barely touching. Would think you could lower the whole truck. 3 degrees is a great rule but does not always apply. As long as you do it safely and pay attention you can be pretty far out of level. We have new operator that pick rear tires up all the time and mixer drivers just love him.

I appreciate all of your opinions the set up was good and safe and as far as the mixer drivers I ran a mixer for 7yrs and still do at times I know what a mixer can do and they had no problem keeping the hopper full and maybe I am a little cautious at times but I know that truck will always stay upright as long as I'm running it

C'mon MUDCUP... Didn't mean it "that" way at all. But from looking at your comments you take criticism in an offending way.. That was not my intention. I have been running a pump for many years also and NEVER have I been in a situation to where I had to set a pump like that. What I meant was I believe it could have been set up differently. Chill out dude... If you take offense on here, I could only imagine what you are like in person on a hot day on the jobsite. what it all boils down to...... If you can't take the picking, don't put pics on here. You have a nice day MUDCUP and they make medicine for that attitude you got... Go see a doctor or something.

Ok "MUDDY" maybe I did overreact to your comments and for that I apologize it's just pisses me off when people are not on the job and try to tell me how to run my pump. We'll just have to agree to disagree on certain things I guess, and so you know I'm actually very calm on the job and you all know to be a pump operator ya can't freak out or panic. Thanks to everybody for your input.

Nice pics mudcup!  Job's done, customer happy, truck upright, means good set.  I wind up with my back tires off regularly due to jobsite topography.  Don't sweat it.  At times it needs to be done.  By the way, nice pics!
