pumping inside a shop with a 14 or 16 foot door how far can you stick the boom in to pump the floor? Does the z fold have a huge advantage in these situations?

my experience with the z is you should be able to get 2 1/2 sections into the building if you sit the right distance on the same ground level.... a little more if doing elevated first floor |

Yes, a Z boom will have the advantage for sure. I wish I had a Putz Z boom, I was able to do alot with a z, almost create miracles. I was able to put a 32m z into a commercial double door and z the c and d sections inside, somewhere I have pictures. |

If you judge your distance just right you'll be amazed at how much boom you can get in there with a Zboom. Just be careful pulling out and remember how you got it in there! |

Or you could do like my boss did when he first started out NOT TO SMART i might ad put the boom in the door pick up your out riggers and drive the rest of the way in L.O.L. true story |

I dont know about driving with the outriggers up but with my 36m Putz i can get 3 sections inside a regular 3.0. door. As long as the main section will clear and overhang then stick em in |

most 4 sections roll and fold 1 1/2 sections in z boom 2 full sections in that opening 5 sections thats another story,if its overhead roll and fold you can get more in with a 4 section |

Here is a 28Z putz I set up inside a building in Billings, Mt. We had a 16 foot door and 22 ft ceiling. Poured out 160 yards and had to move one time to reach, then out the door. could have never done it with a roll and fold. |
