36 meter Putz (16 cell pump kit) pushing through 500' of 3'' and 2.5' line. Used two sacks of cement fo priming, contractor supplied very nice small rock plasticized 150mm slump concrete. Pour went well despite running short of concrete.... twice. Had to nurse the last meter of each load until the balances showed.

We went in and setup the line the day before the pour. It took two guys about an hour and a half to get all the gear laid out. Took about the same amount of time to pack everything up. |

the most ive psuhed through would be about 420 feet, on a static line job i did, a big ask for the small unit i run, got i though no worries |

what method did you use to clean the system? |

pushed the sponge through until stopping it three hoses from the end, drained the last two segments by hand and popped the sponge out of the single remaining 3' hose with low pressure air (5-10 psi.) |
