We hope nobody got hurt that is for sure.

P.S.

hey when reporting a downed pump please dont post maker of pump or the company. It makes this site look bad and its not relevant. All companies have pumps that turn over and go down. I dont want this message board to be a pissing match about who makes the best or worst pump.

guns dont kill people, people with guns kill people, sounds similar :P... Has there ever been a pump go down that it wasnt the operators fault?? a boom break or something like that but it wasnt the operators fault??

very good point. any machine is prone to break. airplane pilots preflight their machine before every flight. they ARE responsible at no end for that machine. the plane is supposed to be in good working order before flight. they check the the maintenance records, fix-it tickets, do a walk around and then decide if it is a good machine to operate or not. THEY ARE RESPOSIBLE TO MAKE SURE IT IS SAFE. pump operators have that same say. there is only so much you can do. there are always variables that you can not account for but nothing is or ever will be 100 percent. following procedure and doing the best you can will eliminate 99.9 percent of failures. my pump is not the cleanest or best maintained but i do TRY to do those things. by no means am i trying to tell anybody anything other than how i view some safety issues. i am not a great operator but i try to be safe and careful.
