Dapper Dan, Thats gonna take some getting used to after a while. One of my favorite things about pumping is going somewhere different every day! It is nice to work with the same crew and develop a "routine"... like a well oiled machine,... Like a Schwing!!! Nice pick-up Bob! Good thing I had'nt seen that the other day or it may have a little red 750 SchwingLP. mounted on the assend |

b-alto 2 x 52m every day 1x42m 1 or 2 days the week pumping the concrete was the easy part of the job keeping the pump running was the hard part of the job,the sand of the cocrete contains silicium and that means the pipes are gone in no time example the reducer after the hopper 10 day's concrete 10 000m³ and gone every day we spending time to change curve's en turning pipes after a while we now witch curve of witch section gone to leak Keep motivated to chek the codition of the pump was the hard part of the job |

Wow, I guess you just add it to the price? I bet you even wear out your grates bi monthly? How long does your hopper last? I had a 42 that had a hopper paper thin. I was wondering how much mud it takes to cause that? |

I just got of the phone with Dapper Dan and as I already knew, he was talking about the rock valve. Our mother tongue is Flemish, we do speak other languages but none of them perfect so excuse us for any mistakes. To give you a small example: on the picture below Dapper Dan together with Mr. Big Boom in the Irish Pub in Barcelona, Spain. Lots of languages mixed up there (the most difficult for us is the Flemish dialect from Mr. Big Boom). But after mixing up lots of drinks as well, we can order in whatever language they want us to. By the way, he had to weld wear plates in the hopper as well. |
