30 consecutive work days to get this slab down. The days we didnt pour I operated misc. other equipment for the builder. The local redimix company consisted of 3 mixers and a dry batch capable of delivering a maximum 30 yds per hour. Largest pour was the last shown below.... 330 cu.yds. 

A "floating slab" built on pilings driven to refusal...

...with an extensive subgrade deck made of pressure treated lumber...

...With 12" foam insulation glued to the wood deck.

...Covered with a super heavy duty plastic vapor barrier.

...And a Massive double matt of 7 bar with grade beams welded to the pile caps...

20 pours, all pumped with a 34m Schwing without a single glitch or hiccup. She didnt plug one single time and the pressure guage never broke 100bar!!!

This place is an Industrial Mecca that never sleeps! At the airport there's a sign that reads.. "Welcome to the top of the world. Everyone south of here either didnt make it, or couldnt take it!"

Not surprised the pump worked so well. It was a great little pump when I ran it. Alaska mud pumps like butter and makes a guy look like a hero. I'm down in Juneau now. Thanks for the pics Rob.
