The other day a guy came from out of town to pump some bridge deck. we pump everything except what we cant reach and then they call a certin company who i will not name. a guy came down with a 4in tip hose and struggled the whole time. I guess he didnt have another hose but he was being a horses a$$ about the mud saying with was unpumpable!!! and this was a guy with 12yrs of experince or so he says. i pulled my truck up with my 5in hose and finished the job. |

He may have had a worn out cutting ring-perhaps his piston heads were history-it could have been a bad relief valve-------- but then again it could have been that (stupid) 4" tip-hose. On an open deck, especially a bridge, use a tip-hose the same size as your pipe. Sounds like you could use a longer boom, give me a call. Bob 770-403-1444 |
