The operator set the pump up in the dark after being there previously. in between pours area was excavated and back filled with no compaction. Learn from this bad situiation

If it is the red and white boom It was an inexperienced operator who had trouble sucking a sponge back and he put the boom straight up to help get the sponge back ,,,,, The concrete finishers and the contractors were rushing him and he forgot to put the boom down and picked up the outriggers and comminced to movethe person who was supposed to help him had left to get something to eat and left him to his self
