That is a cool pic Cat! How long did it take to to get all that system up the tower? How did you go about priming? Is the hopper on the 63 big enough to hold what is in the boom???  That is a Cool Job! "THE BIG TIME"!! Thanks for sharing!

thats cool but i would sure hate to walk up & down those steps. that would suck if the battery went dead.

hi there the unit i`m running is a 16h.love it to bits

the hopper is really good when it comes to washing out .you can just about manage to empty pretty much all the concrete out coz three sections just about fall down bank so when you pull a ball back it's just under the grill........the job was in birmingham regarding primeing i mixed 10 bags of grout in the hopper we were useing 20mm with 2" steel fibre's though a 5" line luckly for me i did'nt have to go up there there was 2 second men handleing the line........and they had to walk up coz the hoist lad came in late...the lads set the line up the day before and the job was on for 2 weekends.....

we did a bridge deck that we pumped lite weight concrete on from the boom at both ends and up 500 feet of 5" (the bridge was 1500 foot long) system. we left the sytem on site and the conctractor had it all ready for us. we clean out with air though the pipe and boom either on the ground or as in several cases in the back of a dump truck with special made pipe off the back of the pump totally secured down with a cover over the dum truck. in was in the parking lot of a business. check it out www.concretepumping.com
